We assist in applying to the Ministry of Health and Wellness of Mauritius to obtain official permits for shisha activities and supplies in 4- and 5-star hotels. Additionally, we provide full legal and operational support to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- SUPPLIESWe help hotels deliver premium shisha experiences by providing the finest flavors and equipment from leading global brands at the best prices. We manage the entire process from supplier to client, including shipping, customs formalities, and the development of shisha menus and pricing.
- OPERATIONWe provide operational services for shisha lounges in hotels, including staffing, maintenance, cleaning, guest consultations, and reporting. We also arrange booking services for external guests. Hotels do not need to invest, pay, or do anything for this. All our services are provided free of charge!
SHISHA REGULATIONS IN MAURITIUS
The sale and import of shisha flavors and equipment is strictly prohibited in Mauritius for individuals and any entities, except for 4 and 5 star hotels, which can sell these products in specially demarcated areas approved by the Ministry of Health and Wellness of Mauritius. Our company provides consulting and management services for hotels but does not supply, sell, or import shisha tobacco or equipment.
